President & Founder

Shane McCauley

Every child deserves the chance to play. Not just the children whose families can afford it.

A child's potential should never be limited by their family's bank account. That is why I created Falcons United: a community-supported, free-to-play club that puts opportunity first, built on a decade of coaching and mentorship.

Real Voices From Our Community

Falcons United is more than a soccer club. They are creating opportunities for kids who may not otherwise have the chance to play, while building a community where every player feels valued and supported.

Knowing that my child can play competitive soccer without our family having to worry about registration fees means so much to us. Falcons United is giving kids an opportunity that every child deserves.

We've watched our child grow not only as a soccer player, but also in confidence, discipline and teamwork. Falcons United has created an environment where kids want to learn, compete and keep getting better.

What stands out most about Falcons United is the sense of community. The coaches, families and volunteers genuinely want to see these kids succeed, both on and off the field.

Falcons United is teaching our kids much more than how to play soccer. They're learning teamwork, accountability, leadership and what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Thank you for making soccer affordable for our family.

My child has really grown in confidence.

We are so grateful for Falcons United.

My kids love coming to practice.

This club has been amazing for our family.
